Critical Error!

So we have a bunch of new songs to post tonight, however: The disk on which we keep the songs is full. So until the server disk gets moved to another machine, we are stuck at this many songs. Awesome... Well we will be alright, that will not stop us from working, but the song posts will be stashed away until the server move which I am initiating tonight with an email.

Enjoy some of the old stuff again!

Sorry but we are working to correct the error!

What we are doing

I am working on harder things trying to polish them up. Secondly, I am working on older songs to put together a best of these 145 songs posted online. Both of these things are taking my time up. Also I am working on the acoustic versions of the songs so we can start playing places without the use of massive computer assistance.

BadmanJ is working on writing to a few of the songs. One of which is Incredulous. We like that song a lot and that translates to acoustic very well.

So we will be holding off on posting new things for a couple of days, or else I will drop a few random things on here, or post up a few older pieces you may not have heard. Keep checking as I will try to update with tabs, or signatures of songs. We are also thinking about doing something like an interview on here. Videotaped or just audio I have not decided.

We are still moving our feet for action, but we just got mired in the sacrifice part of doing something worth doing. So I am sacrificing my daily post so I can be more productive on things of past.

Enjoy the back log! Check out November of last year and go forward. It will be great to see the amount of growth we have achieved.

NeptuneTwo_mixdown.mp3

Here is another version of that song with a bit of a solo at the beginning. I wanted to continue with it, but I felt that the peppering of the guitar made it much more exciting.

Neptune_mixdown.mp3

This song is a prog rock ditto I started working on tonight and I really enjoyed it. I used a range of fancy new technologies. I used a normal acoustic amp and lined that up with a with a Classic preamp. Next in line is a volume pedal to spice things up volume wise. Then a sine chorus(stereo) and sweeper. All tied into the cavernous reverb turned to 100%. On one track there is a vetta wah pedal and to add that really distorted torn up sound quality effect I used a pedal called: Tape Eater. It sounded so interesting I wanted to use it to describe the planet on which this song is based.

this is 80bmp.

juniper_mixdown.mp3

Three guitar parts. Three amps, two time sigs, and general fun at play in here. No reverb, just me an an amp.

Or better yet: take three guitar parts, add three amps, one dash, one smidge, and one fingerling, and two time signature (crack first) and shake together until segmented, and you get one song!

Enjoy!

Ground_mixdown.mp3

Ok, need to start logging what I am doing on these songs again. I was going back and trying to figure out from what some of these songs are made. So this song is made using a RANGE of things.

I used the Tredplate amp, with a Vetta wah pedal, and digital delay of 333ms, and cavernous reverb and lastly a line 6 flanger (stereo).

It is 120 bmp

ooook

Looks like we missed a night due to my abuse of prescription sleeping pills and a bottle of liquor. Meanwhile BadmanJ overdosed on grapes and fell victim to choking due to the surplus of unchewed grape flesh left in the throat after failing to swallow said poorly chewed grapes.

No that is not true, but we did miss a night due to slow connections on the computer. Tonight though we have a few items to post. One a dance song, and another a drummed version of an older song, and something I just made tonight.

TasteofTheFuture_mixdown.mp3

Here is the little thing I am working on. Actually it is closer to an eight minute Prog-Rock Metal piece. I do not have it finished yet. I love the time changes and the epic nature of it and I have so much fun playing it because I can never get through the whole thing in one take.

Caving_mixdown.mp3

Very few labels tonight, just music. Well, actually lots of labels, just no real text. It is sooo hot. Too hot for text.

Well, never too hot for the people I entertain!

Tonight we have some freestyle coming, and I let you in on a little metal piece I am working on. It is just a part, but I love how much I am getting done on it.

Here is the continuation of the song war. This version is mine.

milkver2 Odd.mp3

BadmanJ and I had a battle tonight about a song. I did it one way and he did it another way. We liked both of them so I am posting them both. They are both very odd. But I liked the way they came out because we were experimenting.

Here you go!

BadmanJ's is first
